Job Overview
The Shipper/Storekeeper will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our RPAS Innovation & Manufacturing Hub in Mirabel, Quebec. This position is responsible for managing all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and handling material activities to ensure smooth production flow and on-time program delivery.
Working closely with the production, procurement, and quality teams, the Shipper/Storekeeper will ensure accurate inventory records, proper storage of aerospace components, and compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. The successful candidate will help establish organized, efficient warehouse processes in a growing, high-tech aerospace manufacturing environment.
This position is based in Mirabel, Quebec,
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verify documentation and product condition.
- Store, label, and track inventory in compliance withAS9100standards.
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within theERP system (NetSuite preferred).
- Support production by ensuring timely material delivery and kitting.
- Handle all materials in accordance withControlled Goodsregulations andrequiredsecurity protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP and inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Security Clearance.
- Highly organized, reliable, and safety focused.
- Bilingual (English/French) is required, with the ability to work comfortably in a startup or greenfield environment.
Hours of Work & Work Environment
- Standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
- Occasional flexibility may be required to support time-sensitive activities.

Le/la Commis lexpdition et linventaire jouera un rle cl dans le soutien des oprations quotidiennes de notre Centre dinnovation et de fabrication RPAS Mirabel, Qubec. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des activits dexpdition, de rception, de contrle des stocks et de manutention des matriaux afin dassurer un flux de production efficace et la livraison des programmes dans les dlais prvus.
En troite collaboration avec les quipes de production, dapprovisionnement et de qualit, la personne retenue veillera lexactitude des inventaires, lentreposage adquat des composants arospatiaux et au respect des procdures internes ainsi que des normes de scurit. Le candidat ou la candidate contribuera galement la mise en place de processus dentrept structurs et efficaces dans un environnement de fabrication arospatiale en pleine croissance.

Responsabilits principals
- Recevoir et inspecter les marchandises entrantes, en vrifiant la documentation et ltat des produits.
- Entreposer, tiqueter et suivre linventaire conformment aux normes AS9100.
- Prparer, emballer et traiter les expditions sortantes selon les procdures tablies.
- Maintenir des registres dinventaire prcis dans le systme ERP (NetSuite un atout).
- Soutenir la production en assurant la livraison rapide des matriaux et la prparation des trousses (kitting).
- Manipuler tous les matriaux conformment aux rglements du Programme des marchandises contrles (PMC) et aux protocoles de scurit requis.
Qualifications requises
- Minimum de 3 ans dexprience en expdition, rception ou oprations dentrept.
- Exprience dans un environnement de fabrication ou arospatial, un atout.
- Matrise des systmes ERP/MRP et de gestion des stocks; exprience avec NetSuite constitue un atout.
- Admissibilit lobtention et au maintien dune cote de scurit canadienne.
- Personne organise, fiable et axe sur la scurit.
- Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) requis, avec capacit voluer dans un environnement en dmarrage ou en dveloppement (greenfield).
Horaires et environnement de travail
- Semaine de travail standard de 40 heures, du lundi au vendredi
- Flexibilit occasionnelle requise pour soutenir des activits sensibles .
