We are partnered with a rapidly growing global manufacturer operating in a regulated, quality-driven environment with North American production and international affiliates. As the company accelerates its expansion, it is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to scale and optimize its global operations function.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute a global operations strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee manufacturing, affiliate production partners, purchasing, demand planning, and 3PL network performance
• Drive operational excellence across cost, quality, delivery, service, and working capital metrics
• Strengthen S&OP and forecasting processes to align Sales, procurement, and production planning
• Lead supplier negotiations and landed cost optimization
• Advise executive leadership on capacity planning, make-vs-buy decisions, and footprint optimization
• Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
• Build and develop a high-performing operations leadership team to support future growth
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in global operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Experience managing affiliate or contract manufacturing relationships
• Proven ability to align purchasing with forecasts and implement S&OP processes
• Strong understanding of 3PL networks and distributed inventory models
• Demonstrated success scaling operations in high-growth, multi-site, or international environments
• Executive-level communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Hands-on leader with both operational depth and strategic vision
