Overview
The Publisher Success & Enablement Lead helps ensure publishers are successful on the Indiegraf platform.
As Indiegraf evolves toward a more scalable partnership model, this role combines publisher relationship stewardship, proactive engagement and network-wide enablement programming. The role supports legacy publishers who were onboarded under Indiegrafs previous high-touch partnership model while building scalable programs that help publishers adopt Indiegraf tools, grow revenue, and strengthen their operations.
This role balances direct publisher relationships with scalable programs that support the broader Indiegraf network, helping publishers move up Indiegrafs Outcome Ladder while supporting the companys transition from 1:1 account management to scalable partnership.
Core Responsibilities
Legacy Publisher Portfolio
- Maintain relationships with a portfolio of legacy publishers who were onboarded under Indiegrafs previous high-touch partnership model.
- Provide continuity and support while guiding these publishers toward Indiegrafs evolving support structure.
- Monitor publisher health and engagement to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer Support and Expert Services to ensure publishers receive the appropriate level of support.
Proactive Publisher Success
- Monitor engagement, product usage, and other signals to identify publishers who may need additional support.
- Proactively engage publishers at key moments to help them remain successful on the platform.
- Identify patterns across the publisher network and develop scalable approaches to address common challenges.
- Help publishers move up the Outcome Ladder by strengthening their use of Indiegraf tools and services.
Network Enablement & Programming
- Design and deliver cohort-based programs such as workshops, roundtables, and bootcamps that help publishers improve revenue, audience growth, and operational workflows.
- Develop playbooks and resources that help publishers become more self-sufficient on the platform.
- Translate successful strategies from across the network into replicable best practices that benefit all publishers.
Product Adoption & Strategic Coordination
- Encourage adoption of key Indiegraf tools including Indie Pay, Indie Ads Manager, and Indie Email.
- Help publishers integrate platform capabilities into their editorial and business workflows.
- Identify opportunities where publishers may benefit from deeper strategic support and connect them with Indiegrafs Expert Services or Fractional Strategists.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Growth teams to share insights from publisher engagement and improve the publisher experience.
Portfolio Scope
This role supports a portfolio of legacy publishers while also developing scalable programs that benefit the broader Indiegraf network.
The Publisher Success & Enablement Lead will:

Skills & Experience
- Experience working with digital publishers, media organizations, or newsroom operations
- Strong understanding of audience development, subscriptions, and digital media revenue models
- Ability to design and facilitate workshops, training programs, or cohort-based learning initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify patterns across a portfolio of publishers and design scalable solutions
- Comfort using data and product usage signals to guide outreach and programming

- Experience with marketing automation, subscription platforms, or audience engagement tools
