Location: Lethbridge, AB
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Possible Start Date: April 6, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $16–$20 per hour (Based on experience)
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Cooks on behalf of our client (a leading food service provider) in Lethbridge, AB. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and committed to maintaining quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control guidelines are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Assist with food preparation, cutting, and ingredient setup
- Monitor food inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Support team members during busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Food Handler/Safety Certificate required
