Ridall Pest Control, a trusted leader in structural pest management for over 30 years, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Residential Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and energetic team. We specialize in providing high-quality integrated pest management services to homes and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland.
Position Overview
As a Residential Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in providing our existing and new customers information about our services, scheduling our technicians to service their homes, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and service team. Your contributions will be essential in supporting daily operations and helping deliver a five star service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules for pest control services, ensuring timely and efficient appointment bookings.
- Utilize CRM software (“PestPac”) to maintain and update client records, track service history, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients via phone or email, addressing questions, providing quotes, and coordinating service visits.
- Assist with sales inquiries, provide follow-up on leads, and help convert one-time service requests into ongoing contracts.
- Ensure that all service scheduling and documentation align with company policies and industry standards for safety and compliance.
- Support service technicians by coordinating schedules and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (PestPac preferred) for scheduling, reporting, and customer management helpful, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and resolve concerns effectively.
- Comfortable with upselling services and converting leads into long-term, recurring business.
- Secondary school diploma (preferred).
- Fluent comprehension in English, written and oral.
- Ability to commute to Burnaby, BC (required).
