As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Your position in a glimpse:
- Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance;
- Kindly assist people by:
- Validating their identity through video calls;
- Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes;
- Directing them to another service, if needed.
- Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Y ou speak English or are bilingual (English and French).
- Eligibility criteria:
- Be available to work 7 days a week, any time between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (EST). Full-time (35 to 40 hours) positions are available.
- You must be able to work from our Toronto office for all shifts;
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
