World Marketing is hiring Face-to-Face Customer Service Reps to represent large international charities through direct, in-person outreach.
This is a performance-based, independent contractor role focused on acquiring monthly donors across Calgary.

About the Role
Customer Service Reps speak directly with community members, educate them on the charity’s mission, and secure ongoing monthly donations.
You are not selling a product — you are representing causes that operate globally and make measurable impact.
Compensation
This is a base pay + commission role.
• Commission is paid on each monthly donor that is acquired
• Donors must complete their second monthly donation to be confirmed as a monthly donor
• Weekly pay cycle
• $50/day top-up for full-time fundraisers who secure at least one donation in a week
• $30/month donor = $90 commission
• $40/month donor = $120 commission
• $50/month donor = $150 commission
Typical Weekly Earnings (based on performance):
• Conservative: ~$600/week
• Average: ~$900/week
• High Performer: $1,500+/week
Earnings are performance-driven and uncapped.
Schedule & Location
• Monday–Friday
• 12:00PM–8:00PM
• Daily team meeting & training at office
• Outdoor, residential outreach in assigned territories
