What You’ll Do
- Facilitate structured, consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
- Support individuals exploring career transitions, personal growth, and work‑life redesign
- Use a relationship‑focused, needs‑based communication approach
- Clearly explain program pathways, expectations, and learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups using CRM and digital tools
- Independently manage your schedule, workflow, and performance metrics
Ideal Background
This role is well suited for professionals with experience in:
- Career Coaching, HR, Talent Development, Client Success, Admissions, or Advisory roles
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
