Responbilities include:
- Manage, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the company.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Work with US partners to secure business for the company.
- Determine company objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Establish the business’ goals and targets in order to ensure the success of the business.
- Ensure all employees and contractors are following the necessary procedures and methods.
- Recruit, train, and manage computer/IT professionals.
- Evaluate the cost of operations and suggest improvements.
- Plan future business expansion.
- Solve operational issues, problems, and conflicts.
- Review reports submitted by the employees to assess their needs and suggest changes or improvements.
- Control the budget and expenditures of the company and of projects.
Required education:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Required work experience and skills:
- Substantial experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design, and computer programming.
- Substantial managerial experience.
- Substantial experience working with US government contracts.
- Substantial experience with:
- information systems applications.
- computer assembly and disassembly.
- Must be proficient in at least 20 different computing languages.
