DeJong’s Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Front Desk Administrator who thrives on precision and efficiency. In this role, you will manage all facets of our daily operations while delivering top-notch administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.
Job Type: In Office (5-days/week), Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: 1211 14 St SW, Calgary, AB T3C 1C4
Pay: Starting from $42,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Greet clients and provide top tier service
- Manage printing, mail, and document sorting
- Schedule broker meetings and triage phone calls
- Support team operations with a positive attitude

- Recent business or admin certification
- Enthusiasm for the insurance industry
