Kosoo Restaurant located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking a qualified Chef.

Work Address: 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2G5

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week)

Wage: $33~$35 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:

Main Job Duties:

Plan menus and create new menu and new side dish or sauce recipes
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events or special guests
Plan food preparation and cooking activities
Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
Supervise cooks and kitchen staff
Instruct cooks in cooking and presentation of food
Consult customers regarding special arrangement
