Job duties:

Assigning duties to store staff;
Helping prepare work schedules;
Training and supervising store staff;
Monitoring inventory and submitting inventory request reports to store management when supplies fall below pre-determined levels;
Instructing staff on the handling of difficult and complicated sales;
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed; and
Assisting employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store, such as serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and cash duties.

Terms of employment:

Permanent, Full-time

Wage:

$36.00 per hour

Hours:

30 hours per week

Location of work:

Toronto/GTA

Skills requirements:

Secondary School Certificate
2 years to 3 years of work experience in a customer service, food service or retail sales role is required.
Prior Supervisory or managerial work experience is strongly preferred
