Host/Hostess Opportunity – Be Part of Our Team!
Your Role
We’re looking for a Host/Hostess who loves creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality from the moment guests walk through the door. What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while optimizing table turnover.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations while providing information about the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
- Engage with guests while they wait, ensuring they feel attended to and informed of wait times.
- Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the rest of the team.
What You Bring
- Customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic individuals.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in handling guest inquiries and seating challenges calmly.
