Job Description
Specialty Instructor - Sports & Arts (General, Summer)

The Port Moody Community Services Department is currently seeking personable, experienced, reliable and dynamic Specialty Instructors to lead a variety of preschool and school-aged children sports and arts programs in a recreational setting.

Please note that this is for the summer season (June 29 to September 4) and for weekend shifts only (Saturday and/or Sunday) from 8:30AM - 3:00PM (approximately).

Basic Qualifications:

Related experience working with preschoolers or children
Emergency First Aid with CPR-C
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership characteristics
High Five certification is an asset

Please note that employment with the City of Port Moody is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Police Information Check. A satisfactory driver's abstract may also be required.
