Job duties:
- Manage and plan day-to-day Wellness Centre operations, cultivating a clean, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
- Provide treatment, classes, and courses to our clients in accordance with the Sun Kyeong practice.
- Ensure that the Wellness Centre delivers a high level of service to our clients.
- Respond to and resolve client complaints.
- Recruit, train, develop, and oversee Wellness Centre employees and volunteers.
- Develop and deploy policies and procedures for Wellness Centre employees.
- Ensure the Wellness Centre is staffed appropriately during operating hours.
- Develop and implement ideas to grow the business model.
- Formulate and execute methods to optimize client volume, including advertising and marketing initiatives.
Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

Wage: $36.54 per hour.

Skills requirements:
Required education:
- Completion of secondary school (high school) is required.
Required work experience and skills:
- At least 3 years of relevant, related experience.
- Trained in Sun Kyeong Energy / Qi healing techniques.
- Substantial experience conducting Qi energy classes / courses in the Sun Kyeong style.
- Proven team management skills.
- Proven project management skills, including taking projects from the start to a successful conclusion.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong goal setting skills.
- The ability to communicate in Korean is an asset but is not required.
