Inside Sales Associate (Construction Industry) for a full-time position in Victoria, BC. This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills and an interest in building materials or construction-related products.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will support contractors, builders, and walk-in customers by providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and supporting overall sales operations.
- Pay Rate: $50,000 - $62,000/year + potential commission
- Location: Victoria, BC
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (standard daytime hours)
- Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities- Support inbound customer inquiries and assist with product selection
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product availability information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project managers
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials and product offerings
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction-related sales is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly learn product specifications and industry terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
