JOB PURPOSE
The Partner & Business Development Manager is responsible for accelerating Netagens growth by developing strategic partner relationships, driving partnerled pipeline creation, and taking both our current solutions and our evolving XaaS (AnythingasaService) partner offerings to market.
This role sits at the intersection of partner strategy, ecosystem development, new logo acquisition, and GTM execution.
A key mandate of this position is to lead the commercialization and scaling of Netagens XaaS portfolio, accelerating the adoption of subscriptionbased, serviceled solutions across target markets and existing customer base.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner Strategy & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendor, OEM, and technology partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, owning daytoday relationship management and longterm strategic alignment.
- Establish joint objectives, success metrics, and engagement plans with partners to drive mutual growth and measurable outcomes.
- Advocate internally for partner priorities while ensuring all partner initiatives align with Netagens overarching strategy, solutions portfolio, and business goals.
Partner-Led Marketing & Go-To-Market Initiatives:
- Collaborate with partners and the internal Marketing team to develop and execute joint gotomarket initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate partner enablement programs, including training, solution positioning, and sales readiness activities to ensure teams can effectively articulate and deliver joint value.
- Support the creation and execution of cobranded content, events, webinars, and industry engagements that enhance visibility, drive demand, and build qualified pipeline.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, including their contribution to pipeline generation, opportunity velocity, and revenue outcomes.
Business Development & New Logo Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner referrals, joint prospecting activities, and targeted direct outreach.
- Build, manage, and continuously develop a pipeline of newlogo opportunities aligned with Netagens target markets, strategic priorities, and solution offerings.
- Lead earlystage discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and advance deals through the initial phases of the sales cycle with clear next steps and value positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and -Solution Designers to hand off qualified opportunities and support progression toward successful closure.
Sales & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate pipeline, partner activity, and opportunity data within the CRM to support visibility, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Forecast partnerdriven and business development opportunities in collaboration with Sales Leadership, ensuring clarity on expected pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Identify and evaluate crosssell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to expand Netagens footprint and drive incremental revenue.
- Ensure seamless handoff and alignment between business development, sales, and delivery teams, supporting a smooth transition from opportunity creation through to solution delivery and customer success.
Market & Ecosystem Intelligence:
- Monitor partner ecosystems, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and areas for strategic expansion.
- Provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on new partner offerings, technology advancements, and shifts in customer or market demand that may influence gotomarket strategy.
- Recommend new partnership opportunities and ecosystem engagements that align with Netagens strategic priorities, customer needs, and longterm growth objectives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or channel sales within the technology or managed services (MSP) sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the MSP market, including experience selling and supporting XaaS-based offerings (e.g., UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, IaaS, managed services), with a proven track record of revenue generation.
- Proven experience working with technology vendors, OEMs, and service providers in a B2B environment, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-vendor partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships and/or direct business development activities.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution-selling methodologies, and consultative engagement models, with the ability to advance early-stage opportunities and position multi-vendor, XaaS-based solutions effectively.
- Working knowledge of partner marketing, co-selling, and co-marketing motions within an MSP or channel-led sales model.
- Ability to translate partner and marketing initiatives into measurable pipeline creation and revenue impact.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 base per year, based on Netagen's pay grade structure and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus linked to individual and company sales targets.
