The Role
We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead the strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods supporting our manufacturing and business operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuity of supply, cost effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Senior Buyer is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, and R&D to support production requirements, new product development, and long-term supply chain strategies.

Who You Are
You are a strategic and hands-on procurement professional who brings a strong business mindset and a proactive approach to sourcing and supplier management. You excel at building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and are confident in leading negotiations and managing contracts. With a sharp analytical mindset, you use data to inform decisions, solve problems, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Above all, you are committed to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement, and take pride in delivering results that support operational excellence and long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain
- Experience in a food manufacturing, CPG or regulatory environment preferred
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and performance
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional designation such as SCMP or CPSM
