Key priorities include:
- Serve as a forward-thinking, results-driven technology leader that drives digital transformation and strengthens the Company’s competitive advantage.
- As a key member of the Executive Committee, develop/execute the technology strategy and ensure operational excellence across a multi-site distribution environment.
- Lead the IT organization, manage enterprise systems/infrastructure, and maintain fiscal and risk management discipline within all technology initiatives.
- Shape and advance the Company’s technology vision, directly contributing to the evolution of its enterprise systems and operational capabilities.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Experience as a CIO, IT Director, or senior IT leader with 15+ years of progressive management experience, ideally in a multi-site distribution, manufacturing, and/or CPG industry environment (or equivalent).
- Proven track record leading digital transformation and major enterprise system initiatives.
- Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and/or automation tools.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and data protection requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Supply Chain experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or a related field (or equivalent).
The salary range for this position is $275,000 – $400,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
