Job Description

Shifts: Day 6:00am-3:00pm Monday - Friday. OT after 40hrs Wage:20.60 per hour. Plus production bonus Job Description The General Laborer position is responsible for form set-up, rebar tying, Durisol (concrete type mixture) pouring and vibration, patching, painting and form tear-down/clean-up. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Job Requirements - Follow client work instructions to ensure safe work practices and quality products - Rake, level, tamp and screen Durisol - Place and check rebar in the product to specification - Unload product - Clean molds and batching equipment - Train and assist other hourly employees as required - Facility maintenance and housekeeping - Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Lead Hand/Supervisor Qualifications: - Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50lbs on a regular basis throughout shift - Punctual, reliable and a good team player - Able to read and understand work instructions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment - At least a high-school diploma or equivalent - Basic math and measurement skills - Experience with blueprint reading, forklift or crane operation an asset Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
