The Project Coordinator will be leveraging their project support skills through organization and documentation. Typically supporting two regionally based Project Managers, the Project Coordinator will support the Engineering through to commissioning and client hand-off of all ProSlide’s projects.

Your Challenge
- Support the assigned Project Managers throughout the project’s life cycle.
- Maintaining and updating relevant project information in manuals and electronic files.
- Prepare project-related documents for assigned projects including project kick-offs, letters to clients, project status updates, change orders, closeout presentations, handover documents, meeting minutes, etc.
- Complete all pre-deployment documentation to support the mobilization of team members to assigned projects.
- Prepare health and safety documentation for each project.
- Compile project order sheets to create a centralized inventory document for Field Team use during material delivery to the project site
- Submit purchase requisitions as required.
- Support the field staff throughout the installation phase, by confirming material orders, delivery dates, reviewing daily reports and actioning items identified by the site Foreman / Technical Advisor.
- Complete Non-Conformance Reports for any product identified as not meeting ProSlide quality standards, by working with the Field team and internal stakeholders
- Assist Project Manager Regional Leads with updating processes, templates, tools, and other documentation (as required).
- Assist in navigating local authority inspections and third-party approval processes.
- Attend internal meetings with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend and support the Project Manager in client meetings (as required).
- Occasionally participate in the on-site ride commissioning phase of the project.
What You Bring To The Role
- Post-secondary education of a degree or diploma in a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant Project Coordinator experience in the private sector.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with scheduling tools and ability to learn SmartSheet.
- Experience using scheduling software is considered an asset
- Competent in extracting and compiling data into reports that are easy to interpret.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to shift priorities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to work independently and as a team, self-starter and energetic
- Innovative and open to new concepts, proactive and solutions-oriented.
- International/cross-cultural experience is a highly valuable asset
- Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally
- Travel Requirements: up to 10% (project sites, and client offices)
Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
