Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, theMerchandiserwill build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, driving brand performance and product sales. This role involves managing brand execution at the market level, ensuring distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies are met. You will deliver data-driven sales presentations and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to achieve revenue and sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory
- Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets
- Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions
- Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)
- Participate in merchandising plans
- Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores
- Manage own territory and customer meetings
- Establish positive relationships with customers
- Complete daily reports via the mobile app
Required qualifications:
- Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license (mandatory)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, merchandising, or a retail environment (grocery experience is an asset)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (an asset)
- Enjoy customer service and have strong communication skills
