Nkihk Enviroway Ventures LPowned by BATC Investments LP and Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. introduced nkihk, an Indigenous-inspired, eco-conscious brand rooted in community, culture, and sustainability few years ago. Nikihk products were inspired by Plains Cree culture to offer plant-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable household and laundry products with naturally pleasing scents. Every product reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship, community wellness, and Indigenous economic development.
We are now seeking a passionate and well-connectedAccount Manager to help expand access to Nkihk products across retail stores, indigenous communities and organization. This opportunity is designed for a motivated Indigenous professional who understands the importance of trust, relationships, and community engagement. With strong earning potential, this role offers bothpurpose and competitive base salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote nkihk products within indigenous and non- indigenous communities
- Identify opportunities for:
- Bulk purchasing
- Community supply programs
- Long-term partnerships
- Act as a trusted liaison between nkihk and community stakeholders
- Attend community meetings, events, and gatherings as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Drive sales growth by presenting our products and services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Key Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to close deals
- Ability to turn cold calls into qualified leads and long-term customers
- Comfortable engaging with leadership, elders, and administrators
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
