Job duties:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule work activities of our manufacturing technicians and other production staff;
Ensure that manufactured LounGenie products are meeting company quality standards
Train or arrange training for current and new production staff
Recommend personnel actions;
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Establish methods to ensure that staff meet quality and production targets
Requisition materials and supplies;
Prepare production reports; and
Other duties as required

Terms of employment:

Permanent, Full-time

Wage:

$37.00 per hour

Hours:

30 hours per week

Skills requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a machine operator, manufacturing technician or in other production related positions within plastic products manufacturing
