ABOUT THE ROLE
Werelooking for a Full Stack Developer with apassion for helping our internal teams become more efficientsomeone whofeels comfortable contributing tobackend, frontend, and desktop code bases, while caring deeply aboutmaking peoples lives easier.Youllwork closely with designers, product managers,internal users of our products, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features that feelsmooth. We value engineers who think beyond just code to understand why a feature exists, howitsused, and how it can be better.
Job Duties:
- Design, develop, andmaintainfeatures across the stack:
- Frontend:Vue.js and/or Angular
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create smooth, intuitive user experiencesthat help our internal teams go faster.
- Identifybottlenecks in current workflows and design technical solutions to automate tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve tooling for our teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture discussions, roadmap planning, and code reviews to ensure our systems align with long-term goals and technical excellence.
- Advocate forour internalusers, championingbest practices in UX, accessibility,andefficiency in every decision.
- Optimizeperformance for both client-side and server-side applications.
WhatWereLooking For:
- Solid experience withGo,Vue.jsand/orAngular, andC++.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CDpiplines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- The ability togo deep and optimizeC++code for performance-critical tasks (e.g., hardware drivers or real-time processing).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Adept atbreaking down complex problems and delivering practical, scalable solutions.
- Comfortableworking in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguityyou can adjust quickly when priorities shift, andyoureable to make progress even when some details are still taking shape
Bonus Points For:
- A track recordof improving developer experience (DX) or building tools that enhance team productivity.
- Experience working on products thatspan mobile, hardware, and web, especially those involvingcameras, LiDAR or other sensors, 3D modeling, spatial data, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with software like Blender, AutoCAD, or SketchUp (for visualizing floorplans or hardware outputs).
