Experienced Veterinary Practice Manager

An independent, privately owned veterinary clinic in London, Ontario is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager with strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals and KPIs
Manage HR functions including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff
Learn and remain proficient in all clinic roles to effectively train, support, and cross-cover team members as needed
Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and care
Collaborate with practice owners to implement strategic priorities
Qualifications1–2 years of veterinary management experience required
CVPM certification preferred, not required
Experience managing 5+ team members in a client-focused setting
Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
Positive, growth-minded attitude and ability to work independently
Schedule & CompensationFull-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Sundays closed)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
