They prefer to hire a Business Development Representative that has experience calling on IT, Infrastructure and Network Security Engineers and professionals.
Someone that understands Technology, IT, Computer Networking and Cybersecurity.
The company will pay commission for you to uncover opportunities and book meetings for Account Managers with Enterprise Customers in North America and Quebec and other parts of Canada to book ( 8 + Meetings per month)
They are looking for inside sales reps that are smart, have Gritt and are self-starters/driven.
Need to have strong listening skills and have a work hard attitude. Need to be able to make cold calls every day. Follow up with Leads
They prefer to hire a Business Development Representative that has experience calling Information Technology and Networking professionals.
3-7 years of In-side Sales / BDR / cold calling experience:
OTE- $ 55,600- $61,250 Canadian and it is also uncapped- RSUs will also be offered!!

Business Development Representative:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
• Identify and develops new meetings and opportunities within assigned region
• Runs various plays/sequences through prospecting tools
• Establish qualified leads through high volume cold calling, email, social and other prospecting outreach techniques
• Penetrate field designated target list of Enterprise accounts that this company is not currently engaged in – White Space
• Follow up with Marketing Leads within region
• Identify opportunities for business expansion at selected existing target accounts
• Re-engage with stagnant/lost customers
• Targets competitive win-back campaigns
• Work with field team in a coordinated fashion driving and supporting selected initiatives
• Support and drive attendance at selected field events
• Utilize data resources such as Discoverorg, Tech Install Base lists, past leads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Analyzes buyer intent data to identify opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products/services
Education Requirements:
• B.S. / B.A or equivalent work experience
Experience Requirements:
• 5 plus years of sales experience, phone sales experience, 3-5 years of which were in an Inside Sales or Business Development role
• Previous experience selling computer software, cyber-security or related networking products.
• 3 years’ experience calling on Enterprise Accounts
• Ability to articulate the company's value proposition

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
