We are currently searching for one experienced Operations Manager. This position is critical to the daily operations of our business. The major responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating business operations
- Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
- Allocating resources and coordinating activities across departments
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulations
- Preparing reports and advising senior management on operational performance Resolving operational issues and implementing improvements
- Participating in business planning and strategic decision-making .
- Ability to Supervise 5–15 people
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations or business management
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and overseeing business operations
- Experience developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Experience managing recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Proven ability to allocate resources and coordinate activities across multiple functions or departments
- Experience monitoring budgets, financial performance, and implementing cost control measures
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience preparing operational reports and advising senior management on performance and improvements
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or hospitality/service-based operations environments is considered a strong asset
Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours may vary based on operational requirements; however, work is generally not expected to extend beyond 6:00 PM. Overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with applicable employment standards.
Salary: $50.48 per hour (minimum)
