The Early Years Services Officer shall provide support in coordinating the delivery of the various programs that relate to the components of all Early Years Services programs. Schedule: 35 hours/week
Hourly rate: $31.81

- Have a two-year college diploma in Office Administration;
- Have experience in managing various projects;
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both languages;
- Have a general knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act 2014, regulations, early childhood services guidelines and various departmental programs that are relevant to the position held;
- Have a good knowledge of the various computer programs (Ontario Child Care Management System, UpKeep, Windows, Microsoft Office, KeyON, OneKey) that are relevant to the position held in order to complete the documents required for data entry;
- Knowledge of records management;
- Good writing, translation, calculating, accounting and analytical skills.
