The Opportunity
Psycho Bunny is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Traffic Coordinator to manage our international logistics, inbound PO bookings, and customs compliance across our global trade lanes. If you excel at tracking high-volume freight, auditing broker invoices, and proactively solving transit delays in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll fit right in. Come join us!
Your Daily Adventures
- Review and approve inbound purchase order bookings across all warehouses, verifying actual shipment costs to ensure strict alignment with financial budgets.
- Proactively follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders to ensure production timelines, projected shipping dates, and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor shipments in transit to proactively identify risks, and communicate potential delays or challenges to cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage all necessary customs and import documentation to guarantee full trade compliance and facilitate efficient clearance.
- Verify freight forwarder/broker invoices for payment, coordinate debit notes for approved claims, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support international logistics operations for partners while maintaining accurate, real-time transit data within the ERP system.
Your Toolkit
- 1–2 years of relevant traffic experience, ideally within the apparel or garment industry.
- College degree or diploma (A.E.C. or D.E.C.) specializing in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
- Solid understanding of Canadian and US trade lanes, shipping services, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience working with Momentis ERP is a strong asset.
- High energy and initiative with exceptional multitasking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to smash deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
