· Manage the day-to-day operation of theatre and performance spaces.
· Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting, sound, projection, and audiovisual systems.
· Coordinate technical requirements for theatrical productions, concerts, performances, presentations, assemblies, and special events.
· Provide technical support for rehearsals and performances including lighting, sound, projection, and stage management functions as required.
· Assist with the design, construction, installation, and storage of scenery, props, staging, and production materials.
· Maintain inventories of technical equipment, tools, and supplies.
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for theatre equipment and infrastructure.
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices.
· Provide technical and logistical support for assemblies, recognition events, graduation ceremonies, admissions events, parent events, and community gatherings.
· Coordinate event setups including staging, seating layouts, microphones, audiovisual equipment, lighting, and presentation support.
· Support livestreaming, recording, and multimedia production for major school events.
· Train and supervise student technical crews and support student leadership development.
· Support facility rentals and external users of performance spaces when required.
· Assist with budget planning, purchasing, vendor coordination, and record keeping related to theatre operations and event support.
· Collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, families, and external partners.
