Your role as Content Marketing Manager (Temporary)
Reporting to Sally Habashy, Senior Director, Content and Member Marketing, you will own Dialogue's content strategy end-to-end — translating business priorities and audience insights into high-impact, multichannel content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You will be the connective tissue between go-to-market, product, and communications, ensuring every piece of content is purposeful, on-brand, and built to perform.
What you'll be doing
Develop and own a multichannel content strategy
- Define and advance Dialogue's thought leadership as the authoritative voice in workplace health in Canada.
- Create and manage a content strategy anchored to business priorities, campaign objectives, and audience insights.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar spanning web, blog, social, email, digital, and events.
- Regularly audit content formats, cadence, and distribution per channel — challenging existing conventions and proposing strategic evolutions to maximize reach and impact.
- Own content performance and bring strategic recommendations to leadership to shape content priorities.
Produce content across formats and channels
- Shape raw customer experiences into polished success stories, and client insights into compelling content that influences buying decisions.
- Repurpose content, turning hero pieces into blog posts, social snippets, short videos, etc.
- Execute and oversee production across formats: videos, blog posts, case studies, campaign copy, landing pages, emails, social, and event content.
- Lead video content initiatives, including scripting, briefing production partners, and advising on short and long-form formats.
Drive organic performance through SEO and AEO
- Conduct keyword research and search-intent analysis to inform content prioritization, in collaboration with our Growth team.
- Create and optimize content for both traditional SEO and AEO — ensuring our content is structured, authoritative, and surfaced by AI-powered platforms.
Apply an experimental and data-driven mindset
- Test new content ideas, formats, and distribution tactics at a smaller scale before scaling what works.
- Build AI-assisted content workflows to increase publishing cadence, repurpose content, and improve efficiency without compromising brand voice or quality.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with GTM, Marketing, PR, and Growth teams to ideate, drive and align content with campaigns, launches, and pipeline outcomes.
- Brief and manage external collaborators — vendors, freelancers, event hosts, and keynote speakers — to deliver quality content on time.
- Serve as a content thought partner, contributing to positioning and messaging discussions and ensuring outputs ladder up to strategic goals.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 7+ years in content marketing with proven multichannel content strategy ownership, not just execution
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, able to flag issues early, and know when to say no
- Practical, hands-on AI fluency. You've built or optimized content workflows using AI.
- Exceptional command of storytelling, brand voice adoption, messaging architecture, audience segmentation, and content strategy principles, across the full content spectrum
- Strong knowledge of current SEO/AEO best practices and content optimization methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is an asset for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
