The Worker Oriented Clinical Program, inclusive of the Work, Stress and Health Clinic and Back on Track, Toronto, is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Operations Coordination Leader who will be critical in the operation and coordination of both clinical and administrative functions of services.
Reporting to the Clinical Director and Manager, Worker Oriented Clinical Program, with accountabilities your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Support and management of the clinical operations, including leading debriefing, team huddles and crisis management,
• Development and oversight of Quality Improvement projects and measurement-based care,
• Coordination of clinical processes, scheduling and reporting standards,
• Monitoring and support of processes toward contractual requirements and key performance indicator accountabilities,
• Engagement with internal and external partners,
• Oversight of all technical systems and infrastructure,
• Support of the ongoing expansion and optimization of the services,
• Support of the ongoing strategic priorities of all teams,
• Coordination and management of the rollout of corporate initiatives across the program
The Clinical Operations Coordination Leader will assist with the monitoring of operating costs, budgets and resources; create reports, maintain websites, analyze and interpret data; support staff compliance with CAMH policies and procedures and quality and safety initiatives; and coordinate and assist with recruitment and performance review processes.
You will contribute to staff development by promoting and ensuring a supportive/collaborative learning environment within the Work Oriented Clinical Program based on the principles of adult learning and standards administrative and clinical staff, students and ancillary staff; performing human resources responsibilities; liaising with members of the inter-professional team to ensure high standards of quality and management of patient care outcomes; performing cross-functional; and/or other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned or requested.
