SUMMARY
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team. This role will be a full-time, permanent position working out of our head office located in Oakville, Ontario. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to ferocious customer service, treating people right, and being a part of a team. Our team is the heart of everything!
The Senior Account Manager will actively own the day-to-day relationships and strategic delivery across DRMG’s most important strategic and mid-market accounts. As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). They will be responsible for setting the department standard and providing mentorship to other Account Managers with the opportunity to scale into a player-coach or team lead role.

AS A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:
Developing, growing, and retaining assigned strategic accounts through program selling, exceptional service, and bringing brand, competitive, and category insights to the table.
Locking in schedules, setting clear expectations, establishing tracking early, and providing playbooks to enable client-side stakeholders.
Using analytics drawn from DRMG Insights, call tracking, QR codes, and client data to synthesize monthly reports and quarterly business reviews that improve client ROI.
Utilizing advanced generative AI platforms to accelerate account research, optimize campaign performance, and build repeatable, automated reporting templates.
Partnering with Sales leadership on pursuit planning for prospects, participating in discovery/pitch meetings, and facilitating smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
Working closely with Canada Post teams, as well as DRMG’s Client Service, Logistics, Production, and Technology teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and error-free.

Participating in learning and development initiatives proposed by DRMG’s internal learning platform, DRMG University.
Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the CRO.
YOU CAN EXCEL AS A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing client relationships with a proven track record in account growth, retention, and profitability.
Strong background in print and digital marketing channels, with specific experience in campaign measurement, results reporting, and Canada Post targeting tools (e.g., Precision Targeter).
Advanced ability to work with campaign data, response and conversion metrics, dashboards, and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Experience utilizing generative AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and AI/LLM data processing tools to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Excel.
The ability to speak, write, and read in French is considered an asset.
Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills, with the confidence to present complex results and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
Attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Compensation:The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
