Field Service Mechanic (Aerial Equipment) – $38–$47/hr | St. Catharines, ON
We’re hiring a Field Service Mechanic to work on aerial equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and work platforms. This is a road tech role with a strong shop base in St. Catharines.
If you like hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving in the field, and a steady Monday–Friday schedule, this is a strong fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment
- Work on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibrations
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Manage truck inventory and parts usage
- Work in-shop during slower periods and winter months
What we’re looking for
- Experience in aerial, heavy equipment, construction, or agricultural mechanics
- Strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand schematics/diagrams
- Independent, organized, and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license
421A certification is not required—experience matters most.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (approx. 40–44 hrs/week)
