Your Responsibilities: - Provide food and beverage service to guests in a professional and attentive manner
- Organize and manage your assigned section throughout service
- Take guest orders while anticipating their preferences and needs
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes and beverages to guests
- Deliver precise, efficient, and attentive service
- Promote and recommend the Chef's specialties and featured menu items
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, scotch and spirits, an asset
- Passionate about the restaurant industry
- Enjoy working in a team
- Excellent professional presentation
- Bilingual French/English required - C1 level English (essential, as approximately half of our clientele is English-speaking; English will be used both verbally and in writing every day).
- Knowledge of the system Maître D is an asset
- 2 to 5 years experience is an asset
