Tasks

Prepare, measure and mark surfaces to be coveredMix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowelSet tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to baseAlign and straighten tilesCut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting toolsInstruct apprenticesRemove and replace cracked or damaged tilesSupervise other workersLay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designsCut, surface, polish and install marble and graniteMix, lay and polish terra surfacesInstall tile strips
