Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and jointsClean and prepare surfacesCut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior cornersFill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knifeMeasure, cut, fit and install drywall sheetsMix plaster ingredients to desired consistencySmooth out excess compound and allow coat to drySpray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilingsTape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compoundCut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts and electrical outletsInstall acoustic tile, hangers for suspended ceilings and metal studs for composition wallboard or lathInstall metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power toolsWork at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
