Operate machines or equipment which weld, solder, bolt, screw or rivet metal parts togetherSelect and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoistPerform general labouring dutiesOperate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines to produce metal parts and metal productsFit and assemble components using hand and power toolsClean, polish, file or otherwise finish productsCheck products for quality and other specificationsFit and adjust partsClean work areaEnsure adherence to safety regulationsRead blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
