As a valued member of our team and talent partner to the enterprise, here are some of the exciting work you will be doing.
- Deliver full lifecycle recruitment services for technical and specialized positions, managing recruitment activities from intake consultation through sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding while meeting agreed-upon hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain robust technical talent pipelines, proactively engaging passive candidates and developing talent communities that support current and future workforce needs across the TransLink enterprise.
- Achieve candidate attraction outcomes through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market research, social recruiting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect with top technical talent.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, providing expertise on technical recruitment trends, workforce planning, talent attraction strategies, and candidate market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to support talent attraction and retention initiatives, contributing to workforce strategies that strengthen organizational capability and enhance TransLink's employer brand within competitive talent markets.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and a positive recruitment journey that reflects TransLink's values and reputation as an Employer of Choice.

What You Bring
You'll bring a solid foundation built through an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. You’ll also have at least three (3) years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from proactive sourcing to behavioral interviews.
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill roles including technical positions is an asset.
- Experience in a large, unionized environment is an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from $71,360 to $107,040 per annum. The starting salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role. In most cases, starting salaries are offered between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range. Placement above the midpoint is uncommon and is considered only in exceptional circumstances.
