Email Marketing Specialist
Fully Remote
Our client is a Global SaaS company with over 30 years in business and a 96% client retention rate. We are managing the search for an experienced, data-focused Email Marketer to focus on planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns across our four product lines and audiences. This is a fully remote position.
You, as the successful candidate,
· Have deep experience with B2B SaaS products.
· Will plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
· Manage email databases, work with the Content Manager and Chief Communications Officer to refine messaging, and leveraging web technologies to support marketing and sales efforts.
· Will join a collegial team of over 100 employees and associates worldwide with low turnover (many employees who have been with the company since the beginning).

The Email Marketing Specialist will be part of a growing and progressive Marketing team of 10 that includes in-house web developers, copy editors, graphics designers, and content marketers, and more!
Key Responsibilities
● Identify target audience and grow the email list and create email databases for lead generation.
● Design and implement cold, conversion-focused email marketing campaigns.
● Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
● Ensure email templates are mobile friendly, and upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
● Ensure prompt and accurate communication with existing clients as well as prospects via email, while ensuring industry policies and best practices are met and exceeded.
● Analyze campaign performance, suggest improvements, and report on email marketing metrics.
Key Requirements
● 8+ years of email marketing experience.
● Experience with email marketing platforms such as Apollo.
● Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
● Proficiency in marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce, and excellent understanding of how to set up workflows and campaigns.
● Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
● Strong project management skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to work under tight deadlines.
