Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Headquartered in Kitchener-Waterloo. Fully remote position
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 - Dependent on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this intermediate-level role, you will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns for various clients and industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum three or more years of experience in digital marketing. A solid understanding of the four major marketing categories: Advertising, SEO, Social Media, and Email marketing. As well as a hunger to advance into a marketing management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (Adwords & Meta), search engine optimization (SEO), email, social media, web design, and other supporting activities.
- Create thorough conversions funnels from start to finish. Including from strategic budgeting, to tracking, to client communications
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, writing optimized content, and enhancing website content.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the community to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and maintain project timelines to ensure effective project management.
- Comfortable working directly with clientele. Business owners, marketing managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting on campaign performance via the major digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Experience handling some form of real budget ($)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in digital marketing.
