Here’s what you will do: Assist on multiple concurrent projects to identify and document major business processes associated with the business unit. Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis of the business unit's processes against both industry and non-industry processes. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety. Develop business cases to support recommendations, and monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes. Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects. Compile information requests for all levels of leadership. Monitor compliance activities and measure productivity while making recommendations for improvements. Work with vendors that support operations. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Who you are: You have: 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years of related experience with an Associate’s Degree. You are: Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation. You can: Exercise independent judgment and decision-making, along with knowledge of when to get others involved. Preferred Assets: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Working Conditions: Typical office work environment with up to 25% domestic travel.
