Job Summary: The Market Insights Manager, Standards leverages research, strategic analysis, and financial modeling to drive the development of significant projects for strategic standards development and standards education/sales initiatives. This role supports continuous improvement of operational excellence and provides insights and recommendations on our existing business for future growth. The incumbent conducts comprehensive market analysis to support the development and evolution of new standards development sectors and learning products, utilizes research and analytical capabilities to drive strategic insights and to provide recommendations aligned with growth and portfolio optimization. Aids in key decision-making processes related to current and new standards development, sales and education opportunities. Monitors ongoing performance and generates dashboards and reports containing critical business information. Reviews, selects, and develops key performance indicators to predict and enhance future business needs. Identifies and evaluates possible courses of action to provide expert business advice and recommendations to senior leaders in support of operating and strategic initiatives. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience in data analytics, financial analytics & modeling, market research. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in executing major projects; Solid influencing skills Strong problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and critically in developing solutions to complex problems Solid research, market and finance analysis, and analytical skills. High degree of self-motivation and ownership. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and set priorities Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
