This role is essential for aligning production with our plan and managing Batch Production Records. Major Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end flow for Formulation activities and batch release using digital tools (FACT), ensuring timely execution based on lead times.
Capture and analyze losses (downtimes, rejects) to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with the Level 1 operating unit and PCU CI Specialist.
Lead planning and scheduling meetings, aligning lead times and work-in-progress limits with process owners and supply chain inputs.
Schedule Formulation and intercompany batch shipments according to the Supply Plan and update SAP data related to formulation supply scheduling.
Support plant-level customer service, reliability, and performance tasks, addressing issues, recommending management actions, and acting as backup for the VM Scheduler.
Track daily performance and adherence to monthly plans, maintaining communication with key departments and providing schedule recommendations.
Contribute to departmental projects** and continuous improvement, including training on SAP transactions, supporting capacity analysis, and ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and APICS certification (or actively working towards it).
1-4 years of progressive experience in Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Packaged Goods, with a focus on Supply Planning/Scheduling.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in project management, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently or in a team environment
