What You Will Do: Provides daily work direction to Analysts and Advisors as needed. Front Line Support for Systems and Work Execution support for field operations. Direct communication with the necessary business groups and services throughout the organization to sustain system functionality, business processes, and execution Direct engagement with necessary business services throughout the organization to sustain system and business expectations, system functionality and organizational goals Interaction with all clients necessary to achieve organization goals by delivering business solutions, identifying critical path of completion, and identifying/minimizing organizational risk Serves on local/regional WM councils, user groups, industry committees, and stays abreast of leading technologies, WM best practices, taxonomy standards, and emerging opportunities. Leads development and presentation of procedures and training for WM related systems ie Maximo Provide specialized assistance to technical and functional support for users of the WM solution to ensure the high level of integrity and standards are adhered to. Directly engages with necessary business services throughout GTM to sustain system and business expectations, system functionality to meet the organizational goals. Support team in the day-to-day operations, future planning and supporting project activities Leads elements of business unit system testing to ensure it is completed to support performance/functionality and for system defects, enhancements and upgrades. This includes creating test scripts, providing test evidence in Enbridge supported testing system, creating defects, participating in operational Coordinate defect fixes with user community, TIS, and software vendors Uses critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical conflicts. Supports business readiness activities for MAS8 – Engage with key stakeholders, attend meetings on behalf of GTM, evaluate current Maximo Configuration(s), identify issues and risks and mitigation strategy to be prepared for MAS 8 Required: A related university degree of relevant discipline from an accredited university with appropriate specialization. 7+ years of experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience. Understands Data Science strategies Enhanced computer skills including Maximo, Excel, SQL Queries, PowerBI, and word processing. A valid Passport. A valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire. Procure/understand or already have an in depth understanding and knowledge of Unify as built KDD’s(Key Design Decisions), FD’s(Functional Designs) Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to prioritize work load. Must be able to learn quickly with an attention to detail. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills. Must have effective training and User support skills. Must be able to perform and explain appropriate CMMS business roles. Must be able to complete complex tasks. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Experience with oversight of a Maximo Maintenance Management System. Experience implementing a large system implementation of Maximo. Experience managing/working with mobile solutions in a maintenance management system. Experience with middleware and database management. Skills and experience with database communications protocols. Preferred: Experience in the oil & gas industry Experience in CMMs Implementations Understanding of how user data/system changes impact operations regulatory compliance.
