JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(ne) en bâtiment pour la région de Montréal. En tant que technicien(ne) en bâtiment, vous serez responsable de l'entretien et de la réparation des bâtiments commerciaux et industriels. Vous aiderez à maintenir des installations sécuritaires, fonctionnelles et accueillantes pour les occupants. CE QUE VOUS FEREZ Assurer l'entretien préventif et correctif de l'équipement, des bâtiments et des systèmes connexes (Quai niveleur, nacelle, harnais, détection de gaz, balais mécanique, tracteur, trappe à graisse, pompes pluvial et sanitaire,etc.) Répondre aux demandes de service des locataires Mettre à niveau l'équipement et exécuter les tâches d'entretien général, suivant les besoins Surveiller les événements spéciaux et divers projets selon les échéanciers prévus Surveiller les travaux confiés à forfait et rapporter les anomalies; Travailler étroitement avec les chefs d'équipe des contractants pour garantir le respect des normes du bâtiment Inspecter le bâtiment sous tous les angles de fonctionnement Faire exécuter les travaux de: quincailleries de portes; de plâtrage et de peinture; de tuiles et carreaux. Exécuter certains de ces travaux mineurs Maintenir l'ordre et la propreté dans les locaux de maintenance et d'entretien Faire exécuter l'entretien et/ou réparation mineure des équipements d'éclairages et électriques du bâtiment et de plomberie Inspecter les systèmes de sécurité sur une base régulière (système d’alarmes, lumières d’urgences, gicleurs, extincteurs); Apporter un soutien à l'équipe de gestion lors de l'absence du gestionnaire, Exploitation Accomplir des tâches urgentes imprévues sur appel et/ou en dehors des heures normales d'ouverture du centre commercial, lorsque des projets doivent être terminés Inspecter l'extérieur des immeubles et s'assurer que les correctifs et l'entretien soient exécutés adéquatement Être disponible en rotation les soirs de la semaine et les week-ends pour les appels d'urgence Apporter un soutien à son supérieur lors de mandats spéciaux Responsable de la mise à jour des informations liées au différents risques et validation avec son gestionnaire Participer au réunion et tournées SST et faire effectuer certains correctifs requis Assurer la gestion du système de clefs et accès Assurer la gestion des horaires des différents systèmes de contrôles des portes et de contrôles d’économies d’énergies CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS Détenir un DEP en entretien général d’immeubles, DEC en mécanique du bâtiment ou l’équivalent Expérience en entretien d’immeubles sera considérée comme un atout Sens de l'initiative et de la débrouillardise, capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome Aptitudes mécaniques éprouvées Capacité à travailler en équipe, grande facilité avec les relations humaines et souci du service à la clientèle Être familier avec les divers logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office Connaissances et aptitudes démontrées en systèmes de gestion d’immeubles et en systèmes de contrôle d’éclairage Français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.) --- As a Building Services Technician, for Montréal region, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of building systems and services in commercial and industrial properties. You will ensure that the facilities are running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Ensure preventive/corrective maintenance for equipment, buildings and related systems (dock levellers, elevating work platforms, harnesses, gas detection systems, floor sweepers, tractors, grease traps, stormwater/sewer pumps Respond to tenant service requests Oversee equipment upgrades and perform general maintenance, as needed Supervise work done by contractors and report any discrepancies; Execute variable minor works on site Work closely with contractors’ team leads to ensure compliance with building standards Perform comprehensive building inspections Oversee door hardware, plastering, painting, tiling and flooring work Ensure maintenance facilities are neat and orderly at all times Oversee minor repairs and maintenance for the centre’s lighting, electrical and plumbing fixtures; Execute variable minor repairs on site Carry out regular inspections of security systems (alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, extinguishers) Provide support to management team when the Operation Manager is not available Perform urgent tasks on an on-call basis and/or outside buildings regular business hours when timely project completion is essential; Inspect the building exterior and ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed properly Be available to answer emergency calls on nights and weekends, on a rotating basis Assist the Operation Manager with special projects Update the Risk system and validate data with the Operation Manager Take part in occupational health and safety meetings and rounds, and proceed with select “internal” repairs Manage the key control system Work closely with the Operations Assistant to ensure continuity with the access control system Manage schedules for various door control and energy savings systems WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Vocational diploma (DVS) in general building maintenance or college diploma (DCS) in building system engineering technology, or the equivalent Experience in building maintenance, an asset Resourcefulness, sense of initiative, and ability to multitask and resolve problems independently Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills; Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite) Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in building management and lighting control systems Fluency in written and spoken French and English Location: On-site –Montreal, QC If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
