Your responsibilities
- Provide support to department leader(s) in planning and time management.
- Execute and coordinate administrative activities such as data collection and recording, preparation and review of reports, transaction tracking and related reporting ensuring they meet the high quality standards of the department.
- Respond to internal and/or external inquiries.
- Ensure the efficient management of files such as invoices, expenses as well as the updating of electronic and physical files.
- Carry out the layout of various documents such as reports, texts, tables and graphs.
- Participate in the preparation of all activities relating to internal and external meetings.
Your profile
- High school diploma and post-secondary studies in Office Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Recognized experience in administrative support in the financial and legal fields.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both official languages.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications and tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in an environment where meeting deadlines is essential.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of the SAP integrated system (asset).
