This is a 13 -15-month fixed term contract position.

Priority responsibility is the promotion and growth of our PCSK9 inhibitor in the rapidly evolving hyperlipidemia market.
Focus on cardiologists, endocrinologists and lipid management specialists, Cardiac NPs within specific key GTA centers of excellence.
Work with targeted groups of healthcare providers via an omnichannel model to achieve brand goals and outcomes by prioritizing the provision of patient care solutions.
Orchestrate with executional excellence integrated omnichannel PCSK9 key account plans that achieve budgeted revenues and properly coordinate all available resources across Sanofi.
Successfully accelerate new launch to drive awareness and demand for new once monthly single injection format within the territory offering patients and Health care providers new solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Maintain continuity and rive execution of existing comprehensive key account plans in collaboration with the cross-functional team, adapting and seizing new opportunities to bring value to customers.
Execute established territory plan, aligned with brand strategies, support customer needs to maximize sales performance in the short and long term, while looking for new opportunities.
Differentiate PCSK9 value proposition to healthcare providers through an omnichannel approach, leveraging digital technology to communicate clinical, technical, therapeutic information in the therapeutic field and in connection with product information.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the aim of improving patient care. Build relationships and relationships by interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., health professionals and clerical staff)
Meet/exceed business objectives, performance targets and key performance indicators while effectively managing resources in a manner consistent with Sanofi standards and policies.
understand customer needs, the competitive environment and the healthcare system and you share market information with the relevant sales manager and team members.
Review weekly/monthly data reports to analyze performance, identify trends, and adapt plans to seize new opportunities or solve problems.
Perform all duties in accordance with Sanofi Canada's policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
About You:
Bachelor's degree
More than 5 years in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry
Specialty sales experience in cardiovascular / diabetes / hyperlipidemia management preferred.
Experience working with Patient Support Programs an asset.
Knowledge and comfort with digital technologies, experience working in an omnichannel model to deliver activities and programs through multiple interaction channels.
Flexibility, agility and speed of adaptation to new situations in a competitive market.
Analytical skills, ability to understand how to increase net sales/profitability and return on investment; ability to develop simple business plans.
Ability to use market information, clinical and medical datasets to engage in high value add clinical discussions with health care providers.
Holder of a valid driver’s license.
Proven track record of sales excellence.
Successful development and implementation of tactical business plans in sales objectives.
Experience collaborating with thought leaders and allied Health care providers within key accounts, driven by creating patient focused solutions.
Ability to work independently, have a sense of service, be client and relationship focused, and accept team support in a timely manner, as needed.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English is required.
Health, safety and environment related to the company's vehicles:
Drive the company's vehicle using safe driving practices, while complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as Sanofi guidelines.
Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
Pass all required training for drivers within the required time frame, including the road safety program.
