The ATM Technical Services Manager is accountable for managing the ANS system integrity and operation, project implementation, overseeing quality control program(s), training, certification, facilities, and human and financial resources. In this role you will: Provide innovative and expert leadership in the deployment and maintenance of technology within the region. Provide input to shape and continually improve national technology, policies, procedures, and operational activities to comply with applicable laws, regulations and directives. Be responsible for collaborating with FIR leadership to keep them informed about the overall health of the technology portfolio in the FIR. Secure necessary resource commitments for technology changes and deployments, establish understanding and support for investments, and shape prioritization of activities. Champion ATM technology initiatives occurring within the FIR and build support and adoption of products and technologies. Act as a strategic advisor within the FIR to leverage technology to drive greater value to the company and work to prevent or limit the growth of tactical technology systems that work against the longer-term strategy of commonality. What you bring: A secondary school diploma and completion of an acceptable program in technology normally acquired through completion of 2 to 3 years of post secondary study, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years related experience in the industry or a related industry. Project and program management experience which includes organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, and contractors. Experience managing budgeting and purchasing activities for technology procurement. Knowledge of operational policies, standards, procedures and technique. Knowledge of Occupational Health & safety rules and guidelines. Demonstrated experience and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
